Policies

Scottyland Campground Policies:

• General:
  • Be considerate of other campers and avoid walking or riding bikes through the campsites of others
  • All vehicles within the grounds must have a permit sticker
  • Visitors must check in at the Camp Store for guest pass tags
  • Weapons or fireworks are strictly prohibited
  • No fixture, including trees, shrubs, or flowers may be cut, defaced, removed, or relocated
  • PA law requires children 12 and under to wear helmets when riding.
  • No bicycles after dark
  • Please conserve water on the weekends
  • No ATVs or UTVs (2014 registration grandfathered)
  • Alcohol is prohibited inside the kids areas and the pools
  • The trout pond is catch and release

• Pets:
  • All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times
  • Please clean up after pets
  • We encourage pets to walk around the cemetery and/or the Rec Hall
  • Only 2 domestic pets per site

• Golf Carts:
  • Golf carts must be registered
  • Golf carts may only be driven by individuals of the age 16+
  • Golf carts cannot be operated during quiet hours
  • Only two golf carts per site
  • Keep golf carts off the grass

• Kids Place:
  • Children 4 and under must be accompanied by an adult
  • Children are expected to clean up after themselves before leaving
  • Popcorn must be consumed inside Kids Activity Area

• OOL:
  • Swimsuits are required clothing when in the OOL
  • No Diving, running, horseplay or glass containers in or around OOL area
  • Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult
  • No Pets in the OOL
  • No Life Guard on duty
  • Why is it called the OOL? There is no “P” in the OOL
